Contract & Booking Confirmation
A reservation becomes binding only after full receipt of the deposit (typically 30%–50% of the total stay).
Final payment is due upon arrival.
Arrival & Departure
Check‑in begins at 15:00.
Check‑out is no later than 11:00 (standard local practice)
Delayed check‑out until 18:00 incurs a charge of 50% of the nightly rate; staying past 18:00 is charged at 100%.
Late departure without agreement allows us to remove your belongings.
Cancellation & No‑Show
Deposits are non‑refundable upon cancellation by the guest.
No‑show results in full charge for the entire reservation.
Early departure does not qualify for a refund on unused nights.
Payment Methods & Guest Data
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
Guests must present a valid photo ID or passport upon check‑in; contact and payment details are securely stored as required by law.
Occupancy & Conduct
Access may be refused to guests who:
a) Show signs of infectious illness;
b) Appear intoxicated or under illegal substances;
c) Present serious misconduct or unsanitary behavior.
Guests must conduct themselves respectfully. Offensive or abusive behavior toward staff may result in eviction within 24 hours, without refund.
Accommodation Standards
Room views, size, and amenities vary. Requests for specific features must be made before booking. We cannot guarantee third‑party listing accuracy.
Damages or losses are the guest’s responsibility. We are not liable for personal belongings left behind.
Electrical & Smoking Policy
Electrical systems operate at 200–240 V.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. All indoor areas are smoke‑free.
Pets
Pets are allowed only on request and are not subject to extra charges.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
Pool access is available daily from 10:00 to 18:00; night‑time use is prohibited. No lifeguard is present.
Children under supervision of a guardian only. Outside food/drinks from off‑site are not permitted; we reserve the right to ask guests to remove them.
